Users must be at least 21 years old to open an account and participate in games or betting on the bkwin platform. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account cancellation and the associated balance may be forfeited.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each user may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, or using the same device, IP address, or payment method, is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be suspended or permanently closed.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
All information provided at registration — name, address, mobile number, and payment details — must be truthful and accurate. bkwin may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Providing false information risks account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.
03. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposits
Accepted methods for making deposits on the bkwin platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawals

04. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. For deposits of ৳12,000 or more, the maximum ৳5,000 bonus will be applied, giving a total of ৳17,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 Bonus Usage Conditions
- Bonuses must be used within a set period; unused bonuses will be cancelled once expired
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met
- bkwin reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of misuse
- Each user is eligible for one welcome bonus only
- The terms for VIP cashback and other promotional offers apply separately and are subject to change at any time
05. VIP Program & Rewards
bkwin's VIP program has 5 tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

06. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
6.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Running multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses
- Using fraudulent methods, scripts, or software
- Colluding with other players during a game
- Using the platform for the purpose of illegal money laundering
- Conducting transactions using a false identity or another person's account
- Intentionally exploiting technical errors in the platform
6.2 Consequences of Violations
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure. The balance may be forfeited in such cases, and bkwin reserves the right to take legal action.
07. Gaming & Betting Rules
7.1 General Rules

7.2 Technical Errors
If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a lost internet connection, server issues, or other technical reasons, bkwin's server logs will be considered final in determining the outcome of that round. bkwin reserves the right to void claims for abnormal winnings resulting from technical errors.
7.3 Sports Betting

10.2 Closure by the User

11. Limitation of Liability
bkwin is not liable under any circumstances for the following:
- Loss of a game or bet due to loss of internet connection
- Losses caused by issues with the user's own device
- Losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access to a user's account (if the user failed to keep their password secure)
